Rewards & Benefits
Competitive Pay
We believe in offering fair rates of pay and if you work unsociable hours, we will pay you a shift allowance, which increases if your basic pay increases.
We love to reward the hard work and dedication of our employees by offering a discretionary annual bonus.
Work-Life Balance
We also believe in finding the right work-life balance that is why we offer up to 28 days holiday with length of service per annum, excluding bank holidays. If you don’t need it all, we will let you cash in the extra length of service days in time for Christmas.
Health Assessments
As part of looking after you, we offer access to different health assessments through a professional health partner that visits you on site. You can opt for a basic MOT or you can pay to upgrade for a more comprehensive assessment.
We also offer vaccination vouchers to help you fight off the seasonal flu.
Thinking about the future?
We offer a contributory pension scheme and access to free pension advice from our qualified Financial Services Advisor onsite periodically through the year. We hope you’ll never need it but just in case; we provide Life Assurance for all permanent employees and Company Sick Pay.
Called up for Jury Duty?
Don’t panic, we’ll ‘top up’ any payment received from Jury Duty to your normal basic pay for up to 2 weeks.
Have a great idea? Challenged the ‘norm’ and improved something?
We’ll reward you and share your success with your colleagues to celebrate.
Cycle to Work
We offer a tax efficient scheme to help you purchase a bike and accessories to cycle to work with, and spread the cost monthly.
Tech Scheme
Need to replace some tech? We offer a Tech Scheme which offers savings through National Insurance and spreads the cost monthly.
Site Facilities
Across both our head office site and distribution site in Calne, we provide onsite parking, staff break areas with complimentary tea, coffee and fresh fruit.
Mental Health
Mental health continues to be a key focus for us. We’ve trained 16 Mental Health First Aiders across the business to provide peer support and help reduce stigma around mental health. To further support this initiative, Mental Health First Aid boards have been installed at all sites, offering accessible information and resources. We also provide access to a dedicated counsellor, and employees can be referred for additional support when needed. All help is confidential and designed to be available when it’s most needed.
In addition, all employees have access to the Help@Hand app, which is available 24 hours a day, offering a range of wellbeing services and support at their fingertips.
Family Policy
In April 2025, we proudly enhanced our family policies to offer more support for new parents. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace that values family life, providing increased flexibility and financial support to help employees navigate the exciting and challenging journey of parenthood.

Calne is approximately 25 minutes from Junction 16 of the M4; it has regular bus links to Swindon and Chippenham, where main line train stations are available for onward journeys including Bristol and London.
We are less than an hour from the historical City of Bath, a must if visiting the area. Other attractions include Bowood House & Gardens, Avebury, Marlborough and Lacock to name but a few.
We are spoilt by being surrounded by beautiful countryside and wonderful places to visit, there is something for everyone.
