Foiling Shift Supervisor (Second in Command)

Since 2020

In my 5 years here at Deceuninck I've been able to progress to Second in Command to the Foiling & Production Manager, originally starting at Deceuninck as Extrusion Operator. I really like the people I work with, and I feel part of a team. The company benefits are great, and the shift hours work well for me and my family.

Maintenance Engineer

Since 1995

I have worked for Deceuninck for 30 years, starting as an order picker and moving into the Maintenance department. My journey has been interesting and rewarding, with many ups and downs. What has kept me here is the camaraderie with colleagues, whom I see more often than some family members. Deceuninck has provided well for my loved ones with a good living over the years, and I consider them like a big family - one I have been more than happy to be a part of.

Maintenance Engineer

Since 1990

I joined Deceuninck in August 1990, to work in the recycling room. After 3 months I joined C shift as a Packer, and started to train on running the extruders. There was an opening for a Setter and I then took up tool setting. By 1993 I’d transferred to the engineers, which is what I had trained for previously. In Sept 2001 I took over the engineering department as Supervisor and ran it until early 2024 when I stepped down for personal reasons. My time at Deceuninck has been enjoyable, with some laughs and good times along the way.

Technical Support Engineer

Since 2020

I started working at Deceuninck 5 years ago on the Production lines. I was presented with the opportunity to complete Level 2 Fenestration Fabrication apprenticeship in Training School, which I very much appreciated. The move to Training School suited my work life balance, whilst broadening my knowledge in the industry. I enjoy coming to work each day and interacting with my work colleagues. I am looking forward to my future at Deceuninck.

Marianne Rogers

Warehouse Operator - Level 2

I joined Deceuninck as a Warehouse Operator in March 2022, and completed my Grade 2 training in November 2024. I've always loved driving, so getting paid to drive a forklift is a real bonus! I feel well looked after at Deceuninck – the weekly fresh fruit and all the other perks really make a difference. I genuinely enjoy coming to work and feel like I’m part of a great team.

Ryan Aitken

Senior Field Technician

What I enjoy most about my work at Deceuninck is the teamwork and the people i work with. Supporting colleagues, fabricators, and customers gives me real job satisfaction, especially when I can help solve problems and make their jobs easier. The collaboration and sense of shared achievement are what makes the role so rewarding, my 20 years have seen many changes but the strong sense of being part of one team has never changed.
