Connaught Windows Keeps It Fresh with Deceuninck 10 Years On

South West based Connaught Windows, a family run fabrication and IGU manufacturing company in its third decade of trading, is celebrating 10 years as a Deceuninck customer this year.

Natalie Witczak, Senior Business Manager at Connaught Windows explains: “We’ve been a Deceuninck customer for so long because we firmly believe in offering a great service to our customers and in order to do that consistently, we need a supplier who genuinely shares the same philosophy. We also need new products that keep us and our customers ahead of the competition. Deceuninck delivers on both counts.

“Connaught Windows has stood the test of time because we have built long standing relationships with our customers by offering a great service and a friendly environment – some of our customers pop in just for coffee and a chat before they start work in the morning. Of course, the relationship wouldn’t exist if we didn’t supply the right products too and with Deceuninck’s help we can do just that. Our installers like the fact they can get everything they need under one roof from their local fabricator which saves them time and money.

“We offer a full suite of Deceuninck products in both Decorative and Chamfered profiles, along with patio doors, Slide & Swing doors, stable doors and the flush sash system. “The new flush sash system for example is another great product added to the portfolio, it is perfect for replacing contemporary aluminium or traditional timber. In the area of the UK we cover, including the New Forest, we are able to supply this product as a great alternative that fits very well with the type of properties and is pleasing to the eye.
