Deceuninck is an integrated, worldwide group specialising in design, compounds, construction of dies, development, extrusion, finishing, recycling and injection of systems, profiles and TPE seals for use in the construction sector.

  compound

In its pure form, PVC powder is not suitable for extrusion - between 10 to 15 products need to be added. Deceuninck mixes (compounds) these raw materials itself, thus keeping the expertise in one of the most important production factors, the raw material, in-house. This gives us better control over the quality of the finished product.

  tools

The process from compound to completed profile can only be carried out successfully if the tooling is professionally maintained. Deceuninck designs and produces dies and calibrators, which increases the Group's self-reliance. Additionally, the tooling currently in use is constantly maintained to keep the quality of our profiles consistently high.

  extrusion

Extrusion is a continuous processing method for the production of profiles. Via an Archimedean screw in a heated cylinder, the compound is homogenised, made malleable, and forced to the nozzle of the die, where the profile takes its required shape. The profile is then given its definitive shape in the calibrator.

  finishing

Profiles can be finished in any way the customer wishes. Deceuninck uses a number of different techniques to apply the full range of colours to the profiles.

  logistics

In order to offer all customers fast, high-quality service, Deceuninck developed its own logistics software package. By maintaining a constant link with the stock management of the other production and warehousing centres, this system ensures optimal order handling.
